Himalayan Hatha Yoga is a strong, yet supportive form of yoga, working through the entire body, cleansing and revitalizing through special sequencing.

In my classes you can expect to be challenged, whether you are a beginner, or more accomplished student. I enjoy flowing sequences, as well as holding postures to strengthen and refine. Great attention is given to breathing, self-awareness, energy flow and alignment of the body.

Classes will be challenging but the main emphasis is on having fun, while gradually exploring how your body moves.
