9.15am - 10.30am
Slow pace class with focus on stretching, gentle muscle toning and relaxing. Prepare to really tune in to how your body feels through mindful movement, awareness and breath. Open to all levels of practitioners, from complete beginners to the more experienced.
10.45am - 12pm
Faster pace class. Movements are linked in a specific way to strengthen and open the body, get the heart beating and quieten the mind. Sweaty and uplifting class. This class is open to all levels, but may be more challenging for those who have no previous Yoga experience.
