I discovered yoga in 2003 whilst living a fast-paced and high-stress lifestyle. Yoga became my moment of peace and deep relaxation, benefiting both mind and body.

In order to bring my yoga practice to more advanced level I completed 200-hour Himalayan Hatha Yoga Teacher Training with Yogi Ashokanda School in London Centre and India Ashram.  Training to be a yoga teacher proved to be enormously rewarding, challenging, and ultimately life changing. I feel privileged to share my knowledge with my students

My classes aim to increase flexibility, strength and mindfulness. They are suitable for everyone.  The style of yoga synchronizes the breath with continual movement between postures. A strong, yet supportive form of yoga, working through the entire body, cleansing and revitalising through special sequencing.

I am energetic, friendly,  and committed to helping students improve their wellness, nourish their bodies, find joy in their hearts, build confidence, embrace freedom and have fun!
